Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your bold new look, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on hair dyes or cosmetics that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a traceable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
